Well somehow I feel like I got ripped off. I took my 2021 Chevy Silverado for check engine light and other issues, when I got the text that was going to be $600 for cleaning the fuel injectors and valves that had carbon build up. $96 for some liquid cleaner and $450 plus for labor the receipt didn't explain what was done or how the carbon build up was removed.

My overall experience was not great though the mechanical repairs done to my vehicle were great when I came to the dealership to pick up my car after being contacted that it was ready a month after I dropped it off the vehicle was not ready nor at the location, I was told to pick it up The check engine light remained on, and the electric car stated on the dashboard that it could not be charged. I had to leave the vehicle there an additional day for them to figure out what was wrong with it, even though they had contacted me to pick it up in addition to that when I arrived at the dealership to pick it up, they brought the car from the body shop to the mechanical shop where they had told me the car would be available for pick up. It was not it was left at the body shop When I discovered that the check engine light was still on. I was told to take the vehicle back to the body shop as they had the car last when I went to the body shop. They told me this is a mechanical problem go back to the mechanic shop. Not great service at all.

I made my apt approximately 2 weeks prior to the actual appointment day. I was told at that time that it was the first day available for the electronics tech to look at my radio issues. I also stated I would be waiting on my truck. Upon arrival, my service advisor told me he would check with the tech to see if he had time to look at it. I told the advisor I had an apt and he said he knew that but they had 24 to 48 hours to check out the issue. This made no sense to me. Fortunately they looked at it within 30 minutes and I was told there was going to be an update in the near future and it could be done at that time. Just a very unusual experience

Salesman Trent was respectful and accommodating when I came to the dealership to look at a specific chevy 2500. He did not make snide comments like twin city did to me being 5ft tall and wanting a big truck when I have infact driven even bigger than a 2500. He secured a cash in full sale within 10 minutes due to his respectfulness, knowledge of the vehicle, and knowledge of chevy and what was on the lot.

I had a receiver hitch installed on my new Colorado. It appears to fit perfectly and looks good. I looked underneath to see that the wiring was restored neatly and it was. I then noticed that one screw was backed out several turns. I checked the others and found two more snug but not tight. I fixed it myself as that was quicker than a return trip to the dealer.

If you read my last feedback from my service visit to West you know I gave them 'Excellent'. That isn't going to change for my most recent visit. Took my 2024 Colorado in for a maintenance check and to have my brakes looked and necessary repairs made. I recognized that it would take time and was prepared for it. Arrived at 0730 was sent a link to monitor progress and went back to a clean and comfortable waiting room. During the visit Eddie Zamora came back multiple times to provide information on the progress and what had been found. On one visit regarding the brakes, asked me to go out with him to the repair shop so that I could see the issue and ask the techinician any questions that I might have. When I arrived Eddie quoted me a cost and that was what I paid even though s mistake was made the benefitted me. All I can tell you is that their serivce department checked all the boxes that I have as a customer : courteous, attentive to my concerns, provided information on status on a timely manner, and lived by their original quote. So, I gave them 'Excellent'. If there was something higher, I would have given them that. Choosing West as the dealership to buy my truck from and to service it was the best decision I could have made. They are ouststanding.

Service rep. was very courteous and professional. He checked recall status for my Silverado truck which I had been getting scam phone calls stating false airbag recall notices and got me prices for replacement tires which I ended up purchasing and getting installed during this scheduled service visit. He also updated me on preventive maintenance services that were due for our Equinox. Only negative was damage to two lugnuts as the chrome covers were torn off during removal of the wheels which may have just been due to poor quality GM parts. When following up with the service representative, he stated that they would replace the lug nuts free of charge during the next service visit. I am very pleased with the service and care that this dealership provides.

Last week I scheduled my Chevy Traverse for an oil change on June 17th at 2PM. On June 17th, I arrived at 1:50PM and went to the waiting area after checking in. I waited for 90 minutes, and then approached the service desk to inquire about my vehicle. I was told my car would be done "soon". My oil change was finally complete over 2 hours after my appointment time. The staff apologized for getting "backed up" and waived the $19.99 that I usually pay with my complimentary oil change. I am disappointed in the time it took to have my service completed. I have one more complimentary oil change (out of the six I received when I purchased my Traverse) and I am seriously considering not using it. My time is worth a great deal to me. After this past experience with West Chevrolet service department, I do not feel valued as a customer. My family and I will consider alternatives when servicing our current vehicles and purchasing new ones. The staff explained that the delay I experienced was due to additional appointments being made by customers online. I would strongly suggest that West Chevrolet investigate this process, as it created quite a backlog yesterday, resulting in both frustrated customers and frustrated staff members.

It took 2 hours to do an oil change & tire rotation. Also, I didn't receive any paperwork that showed what all was checked and etc. Reeder Chevy always gives a detailed report. I seen nothing that showed the tire depth. Or how my brakes are. Do they need changed? I know they checked to see about the leakage of the brake fluid but they found nothing.

Service department told me my battery was bad. I still had 2 years of replacement on the battery so asked to come get it and take to Advance Auto and exchange it. They took the battery out and charged me 100 dollars to do so. I went to Advance to exchange battery and they tested it twice and both times said battery was good. They did end up giving me a new battery guess I had a look of discus on my face. In my opinion I don’t think I should have been charged for taking out a good battery. You all did meet in the middle and take off 50 dollars but I shouldn’t have been charged at all. Second when I bought the truck I bought a 2000 dollar 6 year 100000 mile extended warranty. It expires in October the Fuse block was covered but they said I had to do a fluid flush which was only coolant and cost 250 dollars which I thought was way too high to make my extended warranty valid. I just feel like I was taken advantage of and will NEVER be back to West Chevrolet unless the work they just done on my truck tears up in the near future.

Service representative Brandon was great. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The technician that looked at my vehicle however was NOT. Got my vehicle back with missing parts. No plastic covering the headlight, no push pin on a rubber part and a headlight weather seal had been dropped into the engine compartment and apparently no effort to retrieve and properly install. The technician had to know this as no resistance would have been felt when reinstalling the dust cover for the headlight bulb.

2024 Tahoe with 6,000 miles bought new last summer. Multiple electronic instrument panel issues and worse is sometimes it just won't start leaving me stranded or having to get and out and unlock / lock several times over 15 minutes until it finally starts. Was in first time for two weeks recently, then after thinking it was fixed it didn't work. Took it back for few days for a new attempt to fix issue so picked up and again very next day didn't start. Now it is back for another week and I hear maybe Monday they can fix it, or suggested to me when I asked for help/guidance to get it fixed since I am my wit's end, was told to go to GM for their lemon law. $70,000 vehicle with only 6,000 miles and am just speechless.

I came in for an oil change and to check a noise coming from the brakes. Your company replaced front and rear before I bought the truck, and they have made noise the entire time I’ve owned it. I was told the problem was most likely a rock but they were “cleaned” and should be good now. It’s brake hardware, I told the service writer that it’s brake hardware. As I rolled out of the parking spot it’s still doing it. I don’t have time to play around and go in and out for this, I use my truck for my Job.

I was assured my repair and tow was covered under warranty, after 3 days I'm contacted and told it wasn't. Then I had to pay a$165.00 tow bill before I could get my unrepaired vehicle so I could repair it Myself. I would not have had it towed to Your Dealership if I wasn't assured it was covered. I do not appreciate the baiting of possible repairs at high cost to the customer. I still have a recall and 4 free oil changes to be done to the car baring no major powertrain problems. Other than that I will not be having any repairs or purchases done there . Sorry I like it there the buying experience is great but the after sale when it comes to explanation of warranty needs to be addressed. I feel like since I was told it was covered even if it was not I was told it was Ya'll should have eat the cost.

Communication was basically non existent. My truck was there from August 3rd until August 14th and I never once received a phone call to give me any type of updates. I had to call every single day to ask what was going on and most of those days I never got a call in return. I picked my truck up on August 14th and on August 16th it was tore up once again doing the exact same thing that was supposedly fixed. I called multiple times since that day to please get my truck back to them and they say they cant even look at it until September 3rd. Very unprofessional and lack any simple communication. Im very disappointed with the service department that told me I could trust them and I had faith in them. I paid nearly $5,000 for a extended warranty for this very reason and it seems that since my truck is a warranty job they could careless about taking care of it. I will never be purchasing any other vehicles from West Chevrolet and I will advise anyone else from doing the same.

I was overall satisfied with the dealership. My only disappointment besides the final Price being $60 higher than quoted, was not getting an estimate from the body shop for some body work it needs. My vehicle was there close to two weeks waiting on back ordered parts so I asked if I could get an estimate for some minor body work while it was at the dealership. I was told yes. Then later told that the body shop is seperate and I would have to take it there myself after I picked it up. That seems senseless. And you/they lost that business. There are numerous body shops in the area. So engine work or mechanical? Yes, I’ll use the dealership. Things like body work can be done anywhere.

Our salesman, Larry McPherson was excellent, friendly and courteous. He was knowledgeable about the cars, but not at all pushy about the cars. Hudson, was the first name of the gentleman who prepared our price quotes on the 3 vehicles we looked at and gave us fair quotes. We were shopping to trade in our 2005 Chev Impala, purchased there nearly 20 yrs. before. If we get as good service from this new vehicle as we have our Impala, 211,000 trouble free miles, we will be extremely happy! I hoped for more than $1500 on trade in, but it is what it is, for a 20 yr. old car. We then decided to think about it overnight and came back the next day with the decision to purchase the 2026 Trailblazer that we both liked. Then we also met with Jessica, the financial administrator, who was an exceptionally nice lady to have met and deal with after talking to her we decided to purchase the added 100K /no time limit warranty. Our experience 20 years ago with Charles West was excellent and our car gave us wonderful service. It was because of this that we returned to Charles West to shop for our new vehicle, it was my first brand new car...at age 68 years old. And again, it was an excellent experience for us.

The majority of my concerns were not addressed. While the recall was addressed, my other concerns were ignored. I drove two hours for services that were not completed, and now my vehicle is sitting in my garage un-drivable. After speaking with the service manager, nothing was resolved. We were told that the codes were simply cleared and informed that the noise that I was complaining of was not even addressed. Even though we called to ensure that it was before picking it up. I drove my Tahoe home and to church and to run errands the following day, only to have all the lights come back on and to barely make it back to my house. The service manager called my husband and admitted that they were busy and just cleared the codes to get my vehicle out quickly. I have never been more disappointed with service provided, and I have zero confidence in the service department at West. I feel like I was given a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and told that it was ok. When we asked for a tow or a loaner we were told we would have to pay out of pocket for that, even though we did what we could to ensure the vehicle was fixed. Very, very disappointing.

The actual work on my car was completed well, however, the communication with me and time it took to complete the work was extremely poor. I called to make an appointment, and was scheduled for Monday, Sept. 8th. I dropped the car off on Sunday evening and left the keys in the drop box so that the car was available to them first thing Monday morning. I called mid morning on Monday to make sure they got the keys and the car. I was told yes. I heard nothing else on Monday, and nothing on Tuesday, so I called at the end of the workday on Tuesday. I was told that the technician was still determining the exact problem. I heard nothing on Wednesday, and nothing on Thursday, so I called again at the end of the workday on Thursday. I was told the repairs that were needed and/or recommended, and that I would get a written estimate Friday morning. I received an emailed quote around 9:30 am Friday, and then called Jason to confirm the work that we wanted to have done. He texted me at noon to let me know that some of the parts need to come from Cincinnati, and should be there on Monday, Sept. 15th. I asked if the work could then be completed on Monday, and he said Monday or early Tuesday at the latest. I heard nothing on Monday, and then got a text Tuesday morning that the parts did not get delivered until late Monday and the work would be completed on Tuesday. I was told that he would let me know a completion time as soon as he knew. I heard nothing more on Tuesday, nothing on Wednesday, nothing on Thursday, and nothing on Friday. My car had now been there for 2 FULL work weeks. I called just after lunch on Friday. The cashier, Michele, was EXTREMELY helpful in finding someone to speak with me. I talked to Eddy, another service advisor, and he was able to check and tell me that my car was finished. When it was actually finished, I have no idea. I went to the dealership Friday afternoon to pick my car up, and Eddy and Michele were very gracious to talk with me and review my paperwork. I had asked to speak to the Service Manager, who was not available, so Eddy asked if I wanted the Service Manager or the Advisor to call me to review what had happened. I said yes please. To date, I have still not heard from either of them. I would like to know why it took a full work week to even let me know what needed repaired and then another week to fix it, and why in the world I had to initiate almost every communication during this process.

I had a scheduled appointment to get my tires changed it took over 5 hours to get that done and I only went in for my tires then a man comes in and said your car is almost done we are just finishing alignment I told him no have them stop I did not ask for that He then said it was part of the deal tires I got which I was already quoted so I thought ok cool ! Later they try to add the Alignment fee ! I said no you told me it was part of the deal you got going with the tires He then said no sorry for the confusion so make sure you get your quote before they take it back Also The man upfront who checked me in for appointment was very nice The waiting area was nice and tidy

The service tech left the power steps unplugged again I’m not totally convinced that it was a loose negative battery connection. The service tech had to loosen it in order to get the parking brake to disengage so the truck would unload off the roll back. The wrecker service had to drag the truck on to the rollback because the truck would not go into neutral. I hope this did not flat spot the rear tires. My son had to pick up the truck due to a surgery I had a couple days prior.

Overall, nothing to get excited about. It took over 2hours for an oil change with filter and tire rotation. The thing that made me sad was the tires were rotated, but the air pressure was not checked, so I had to adjust the tire pressure later that day. Granted I see how this is overlooked, but I would think it to be common knowledge that the diesel HD trucks run different pressures from front to back end. I found the front end tires in the mid 60psi while the back was in low 60s psi odd. Just hope details are at the forefront of other work.

If they told me, it would be 3 hours, I would not have waited there.

I bought a car from here in June and everyone was very nice and helpful but I went back today to get an oil change and to fix the key fob that didn’t work when I had originally bought the car and everyone my mom had talked to was very rude. The service advisor and the cashier were very rude. The cashier told my mother that it was going to be another $100 dollars to get it programmed on top of the quote I was given and when my mother asked about it and asked why I would want a key fob that didn’t work AGAIN they said that the reason she was upset was because she had red hair. I’m absolutely appalled at that service she got today. I will never be back!

Why have appointments? My appointment for an oil change was for 1PM. It was done at 2:30. You either are over scheduling, don’t have assigned manpower, or putting walk ins ahead of scheduled customers. An oil change should take no more than 30 minutes - top. Nobody should be scheduled during lunch if there is no employee assigned to the change bay. Some dealerships have change bays that can move the cars through like the oil change shops. What makes your oil change better than Jiffy Lube ?

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10 am appointment. The appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. Edward greeted me, checked me in and took my keys, said it would be about an hour. The status on the vehicle tracking never changed from checked in, never showed any progress. I sent edward a message asking for an update at 11:56 and recieved no response.15 or so minutes later i went out to ask, and edward didnt even let me get the question out and said sorry, we are backed up. 2 1/2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change is pretty pathetic. After my last visit that was a 4 hour wait for 2 hours work, a lost wheel centercap that was improperly installed, and an extra 25 minute trip back to the shop to get the replacement, needless to say I am pretty disappointed in west chevrolet. In the end, edward did not charge me for the oil change, which I very much appreciate, I would have preferred to pay, and be on my way in a reasonable time. I am not sure if i will be back or not at this point.

Eddie is AMAZING!! Always VERY honest and helpful ... his is one of them main reasons I continue to come back to West Chevrolet for my service ... even if sometimes it may cost a little more ... it is worth it because of guys like him! Heck, my wife even went in once with a non-chevy problem because of a light that came on and he looked at it and made sure the car was OK to drive. THANKS EDDIE!!
